About the role

Reporting to the Business Technology Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse requirements, optimise processes, and deliver impactful system improvements. This is a highly collaborative role, with a focus on 70% Business Analysis & Delivery and 30% Stakeholder Engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a key contact for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Supporting the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements through to testing and implementation.
  • Collaborating with IT and infrastructure teams to deliver and refine solutions.
  • Leading or supporting testing activities including planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Monitoring delivery progress, managing change backlogs, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Driving consistent ways of working (e.g. Azure DevOps, documentation, knowledge base).
  • Supporting change adoption through training and user engagement.
  • Maintaining key system documentation and ensuring governance standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with ERP and business systems.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Excellent understanding of end‑to‑end business process flows.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Experience supporting delivery across finance and/or supply chain processes.
  • Background in training or user enablement would be desirable.
  • Experience improving or optimising systems and processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with practical problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise, and make decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confidence influencing and presenting ideas to drive change.
