At Alliance, a consumer healthcare organisation undergoing an exciting transformation and growth period, we’re building world-class digital shelf excellence across global markets and we’re looking for a Global Digital Shelf & E-Commerce Performance Manager to lead the charge. You’ll be the e‑commerce ambassador for our brands (Hydromol, Kelocote, Amberen, Ashtons & Parsons, Nizorel, Maccushield, Forceval) ensuring they show up flawlessly across online retailers, turning insight into action, and shaping how we win on the digital shelf globally.
What you’ll own:
- CARS excellence – content, availability, ratings/reviews & search
- Share of search, hero SKU visibility & AI‑driven search strategies
- Live dashboards and insights that drive real commercial impact
- Best practice at scale, as part of a Global E‑Commerce Centre of Excellence
What you’ll bring:
- A proven track record driving e‑commerce growth, including hands‑on experience with platforms like Amazon
- Experience scaling and optimising global e‑commerce operations across regions (including Asia & the US)
