We are seeking a Training Specialist for a contract role based in Ealing. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, from Tuesday to Saturday. Hybrid work schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To design, develop, plan, organise, monitor and regularly review training sessions in a timely manner that meets business needs.
  • Creation of annual schedule for training and to provide, implement and facilitate training to trainees as per the annual schedule.
  • To be responsible (with the Team Administrator and other team members) for the administration, upkeep of records and development of administrative processes of trainings.
  • To attend company sites in order to support and observe training, with the intention of understanding and reviewing the effectiveness of trainings provided.
  • To assist the line manager in the development and implementation of training strategies, policies and procedures that meet company needs.
  • Supporting managerial and field staff with any queries regarding instruction.
  • Producing articles and various internal publications to support the development of instructional understanding across the business.
  • To conduct research in training / learning techniques and provide findings to team and line manager as and when required.
  • To develop, produce, proofread, and regularly review training/learning materials as required.

Candidate Specification

  • Previous professional experience in Training/Learning and Development.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
