Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling electronic components and devices with precision and attention to detail. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our electronic products, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Prior experience in electrical or mechanical assembly is advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties
- Assemble electronic products and components.
- Work from manufacturing orders, line cards, and product samples.
- Refurbish returned or decommissioned equipment.
- Carry out manual soldering tasks.
- Use manual and powered hand tools safely and effectively.
- Test completed products and equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
- Support production targets and KPI requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and manage tools appropriately.
Experience
- Basic experience in manual soldering.
- Basic electrical knowledge and understanding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Good technical and practical skills with attention to detail.
