Job Schedule: Hybrid. 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Job Type: Permanent. Full-time. Job Description: Are you a natural organiser who thrives on bringing complex projects to life? We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering the installation of specialist equipment across global client sites. In this role, you’ll be the driving force ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and keep stakeholders aligned every step of the way. What you’ll be doing: * Leading end-to-end project management, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution * Coordinating with engineering, procurement, operations, and commissioning teams * Developing detailed project plans and resource strategies * Managing capital budgets, financial reporting, and contract performance * Ensuring compliance, documentation, and risk management procedures are in place * Hosting customer visits, pre-order trials, and assisting with factory testing when required What we’re looking for: ✅ Proven experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously ✅ Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills ✅ Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills ✅ Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with installation/commissioning protocols ✅ Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) Why join us?
