Alliance Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Technologist to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible for introducing new products into bulk production as well as ensuring the business database is maintained and updated.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • To monitor, facilitate and support with factory trials of new products.
  • To type and update new recipe details into the company database.
  • To prepare quality attribute cards for new products that need to be introduced into the factory.
  • To conduct daily product panel tasting and checks.
  • To support with training and implementation of new products.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Food technologist background is preferable.
  • Must have strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Should have strong work ethic with a keen interest in working with food.
  • Must be computer literate with strong knowledge of Windows.

HOURS OF WORK

A flexible 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday.

SALARY

Up to £32,000 per annum. 20 Days Holidays. TEMP to PERM 12 weeks.
