We are seeking a skilled Polisher to join one of our clients based in Willenhall. As a Polisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and finish. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various materials, including sheet metal. Duties * Operate polishing machines and hand tools to achieve desired finishes on products. * Utilise tooling effectively to enhance the quality of the finished product. * Perform grinding tasks to remove imperfections and prepare surfaces for further processing. * Apply basic maths skills to measure and cut materials accurately. * Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition. * Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Experience * Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. * Familiarity with hand tools, tooling, and sheet metal work is advantageous. * A strong understanding of mechanical principles will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
