Paint Sprayer

Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sprayer to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.\\n\\nAs a Sprayer, you will be responsible for finishing and spraying various metal surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless appearance. This is a hands-on role that requires precision and attention to detail.\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\n * Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to spray / lacquer the components\\n\\n * Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments\\n\\n * Work with sheet metal and other materials to achieve desired results\\n\\n * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow\\n\\n * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment\\n\\nExperience:\\n\\n * Previous experience as a Sprayer or in a similar role is preferred\\n\\n * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools\\n\\n * Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations\\n\\n * Knowledge of different spraying techniques and materials\\n\\nSkills:\\n\\n * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards\\n\\n * Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity\\n\\n * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team\\n\\n * Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues\\n\\nWe offer competitive pay based on experience and skill level.
