Order Picker

Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join one of our clients based in Birmingham B66. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle heavy lifting while maintaining high standards of quality control. Duties * Accurately pick items from stock based on order specifications. * Load and unload goods from lorries and storage areas. * Ensure all picked items meet quality control standards before packing. * Pack items securely for shipping, ensuring they are protected during transit. * Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy. * Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment. * Operate forklifts as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods. * Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Temp to Perm
