Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative / FLT Counterbalance driver to join one of their clients based in Lichfield WS14. You will be responsible for the following:
- Loading and unloading lorries and putting away
- Picking and palletizing rolls of plastic Geo grid products which are long rolls of product
- Picking, palletizing and securing pallets of iron and steel access covers and frames
- Strapping
- Operating FLT Counterbalance (electric up to 2.5k)
- 50/50 - warehouse / FLT
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to H&S regulations
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
Working hours: Monday - Friday (40hrs per week)
Shifts: 6am - 3pm and 10am - 7pm (rotating)
Temp to Perm: 12 weeks
