Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for a warehouse operative / FLT Counterbalance driver to join one of their clients based in Lichfield WS14. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Loading and unloading lorries and putting away
  • Picking and palletizing rolls of plastic Geo grid products which are long rolls of product
  • Picking, palletizing and securing pallets of iron and steel access covers and frames
  • Strapping
  • Operating FLT Counterbalance (electric up to 2.5k)
  • 50/50 - warehouse / FLT
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to H&S regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual

Working hours: Monday - Friday (40hrs per week)

Shifts: 6am - 3pm and 10am - 7pm (rotating)

Temp to Perm: 12 weeks
