Food Technical Support

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will support the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of all technical documentation and specifications. The role will assist with compliance activities including HACCP, internal auditing, traceability, and customer complaints, helping to ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory standards are consistently met.

Duties

• To create and maintain all finished product specifications
• To maintain and check all raw material specifications
• To complete and maintain customer specific technical specifications
• To maintain and check new product labels
• To ensure HACCP documentation is correctly completed and filed.
• To be responsible for customer complaint handling.
• To be responsible for Internal Auditing.
• To be a member of the HACCP team.
• To conduct regular traceability tests

Skills

• An understanding of BRC audit procedures is preferable.
• Must have minimum of HACCP level 2 or equivalent
• Internal Auditing experience is preferable

Hour of work: 8:30 – 5:00 Monday to Friday
