We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support professional to join one of their clients based in Smethwick. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the Technical team to ensure compliance to policies and procedures throughout the site. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES * To ensure HACCP documentation is correctly completed and filed. * To be responsible for customer complaint handling and investigating root cause * To support with Internal Auditing. * To be responsible for laundry and consumable management. * To support with the managing of the Quality team. * To be a member of the HACCP team. * Any other duties as required by within the Technical department as directed by the Technical manager.
