Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for a Quality Controller to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.

JOB PURPOSE

A shop floor based role to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met and all relevant due diligence documentation is completed accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Ensuring that all paperwork relating to HACCP or food safety procedures are completed correctly.
  • To be responsible for checking food safety and food hygiene procedures for all personnel on the factory floor.
  • To provide objective reports on issues relating to food safety/ food hygiene issues on the factory floor.
  • To be responsible for checking product quality on the factory floor.
  • Working in a cold environment.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Good observational skills.
  • The ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of hygiene and housekeeping.
  • Good organizational skills with time management.
  • Experience of Quality control would be preferred.

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm (40hrs per week)

Up to £13.50 per Hour
