Alliance Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, Jewellery Quarter. Do you love organisation, have a flair for customer service, and want to work in the world of fine jewellery? We’re looking for a proactive Major Multiple Retail and Mail Order Account and E-commerce Jewellery Sales Administrator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety — you’ll support wholesale account management and e-commerce operations, making sure the jewellery gets into the hands of customers and retail partners seamlessly. Duties: Sales Administration Multiple Retail, Online Retail and Wholesale Jeweller Companies * Manage day-to-day administration for multiple retail, online retail and wholesale customers * Prepare product information for customer listings. * Act as a point of contact for B2B partners, ensuring excellent service. E-commerce Team Support: * Develop products for our online stores * Monitor online sales and identify trends for future product development * Support online launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Product Development: * Involved with our design team working on our state-of-the-art equipment producing new products and ranges. * Liaising with our Far East offices on customer product briefs and ranges. General Support: * Liaise with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to keep everything running smoothly. * Assist and attend customer meetings, trade shows and product launches. What we’re looking for: * Experience in jewellery sales administration, account management and e-commerce. * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * Experienced with Microsoft Office, familiar with Shopify and Linnworks. * A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. * A genuine interest in jewellery products.
