Alliance Personnel are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B1. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and a strong mechanical aptitude. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to their manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding
  • Utilise power tools for cutting and shaping materials
  • Operate stick welding equipment as needed
  • Assemble and fabricate metal parts according to specifications
  • Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Use basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
  • Employ hand tools effectively for welding tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in TIG welding
  • Ability to weld and fabricate metal components accurately
  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
  • Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
  • Skills test required

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 12pm - 39hrs per week + overtime
