Alliance Personnel are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Metal Finishers to join one of our clients based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for refining and finishing metal components to meet precise specifications, ensuring high-quality standards across the production line.
Responsibilities:
- Perform surface finishing, polishing, and deburring of metal parts using hand tools and grinding equipment.
- Jigging metal components and dipping them into a solution to achieve the desired finish.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the finishing process to identify defects or inconsistencies; document findings and implement corrective actions.
- Handle materials safely and assist in packaging finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:30pm, Friday 7am - 12:30pm (40hrs per week) TEMP to PERM
