Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join our valued client in a busy warehouse environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual with both Counterbalance + Reach licences to secure ongoing work with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Counterbalance Trucks + Reach to transport goods throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload vehicles efficiently while ensuring products are handled safely and securely.
  • Move, stack, and store materials in designated locations.
  • Carry out daily pre-use checks and inspections of all MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
  • Maintain accurate stock movement and inventory control.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating Counterbalance Trucks + Reach is essential.
  • Valid Counterbalance licences/certificates are required.
  • Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
