We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Online Marketplace Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our online marketplaces.

The successful candidate will maintain product listings, monitor sales performance, and help drive online growth across multiple platforms.

Duties

  • Create, update, and optimise product listings across online marketplaces.
  • Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and pricing to maximise online sales.
  • Support the launch and ongoing management of new marketplace channels.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and marketplace content.
  • Analyse competitor activity and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Skills

  • Previous experience using Amazon Seller Central is essential; experience with other online marketplaces is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce, online marketplaces, and product listing optimisation.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using spreadsheets and interpreting sales data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours (37.5hrs per week)

  • Monday – Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (8 hours per day)
  • Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm (7.5 hours)
  • Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm (6 hours)
  • Temp to Perm
