Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for assistant production manager to join one of their food manufacturing clients based in Birmingham. Role Duties * Supporting senior management team by overseeing and handling day-to-day production shop-floor operational issues, ensuring, high-quality and cost-efficient customer service. Responsibilities * Assisting senior management in delivery of daily production plans. * Conducting daily shop-floor meetings with production team leaders. * Generating shift reports for senior managers. * Assisting in resolving production shop-floor issues. * Issuing and collecting daily production plans. * Assist with shop-floor personnel issues. * Assisting with conducting staff disciplinary and grievance matters. * To promote a positive and work-focused culture within the production areas. * To assist with ensuring the highest hygiene and housekeeping standards.
