An established and growing infrastructure business with over 25 years’ experience delivering utilities, telecoms civils, reinstatement and associated infrastructure services across the UK is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Director to lead a key division through an exciting phase of growth and development. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the division. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, driving profitability, supporting operational excellence and strengthening client relationships across multiple sectors including telecoms, utilities, reinstatement, aggregates and traffic management.
The Role
- Lead the overall performance and strategic direction of the infrastructure division
- Take full ownership of divisional P&L, forecasting and commercial performance
- Drive operational efficiency, delivery standards and long-term business growth
- Work closely with operational and commercial teams across multiple infrastructure sectors
- Support frameworks, bids, pricing and client negotiations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients and senior leadership
- Develop high-performing teams and contribute to the wider growth strategy of the business
About You
- Proven leadership experience within utilities, infrastructure, telecoms civils or related sectors
- Strong operational and commercial background with full P&L responsibility
- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure or utilities delivery environments
- Able to operate strategically whilst maintaining a hands-on leadership style
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Comfortable driving change, performance and growth within a fast-paced environment
