Are you a commercially curious business graduate who wants real responsibility, exposure to how small businesses work, and a fast-track into operations, consulting, or general management? We’re recruiting for a graduate-entry role supporting a network of education franchise centres across the region. This is not a desk job, it’s a hands-on, people-facing role where you’ll learn how to analyse performance, influence business owners, and help them grow sustainable operations. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, relationship-building, and seeing the impact of your work, this could be a brilliant first (or second) step in your career.
What you’ll be doing (with full training):
- Supporting franchise owners to improve enrolment, retention, and overall performance
- Acting as a coach and advisor, helping centres interpret data and set practical goals
- Advising on local marketing activity and community engagement
- Visiting centres regularly to ensure best practice and brand standards are met
- Building strong working relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Gaining exposure to commercial decision-making, KPIs, and operational strategy
You’ll be fully trained on internal methodology and supported by experienced leaders, this role is about learning fast and growing capability, not being thrown in at the deep end.
What we’re looking for:
- A business, management, economics, marketing, or similar graduate
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different personalities
- A commercial mindset, you enjoy understanding why businesses succeed or struggle
- Comfortable analysing information and turning insight into action
- Self-motivated, organised, and happy working independently in the field
- Previous management experience is not required, attitude, curiosity, and potential matter more.
The essentials:
- Degree-level education (or equivalent commercial exposure)
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Why this role?
This is an excellent opportunity to:
- Gain real-world business exposure early in your career
- Develop skills in consulting, operations, stakeholder management, and performance analysis
- Work for a well-established brand with a structured training and development programme
- Build a strong foundation for future roles in operations, consulting, or general management
If you’re a graduate who wants more than spreadsheets and slide decks and you like the idea of helping real businesses succeed, we’d love to hear from you!
