Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for the opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion?
Our client, a well-established and growing organisation with an ambitious UK expansion programme, is looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of developments including refurbishments, new build projects and mixed-use schemes.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget, while working closely with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
What you'll be doing: Managing construction projects from inception through to completion.
Coordinating contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Developing project scopes, plans and budgets.
Monitoring project performance, costs, timelines and resources.
Managing project risks, scope changes and stakeholder expectations.
Building strong working relationships with external partners.
Ensuring projects comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
What we're looking for: Proven experience managing construction, fit-out, refurbishment and building projects.
Experience delivering new-build steel portal frame projects.
A track record of successfully managing projects from cradle to grave.
Strong commercial awareness with budgeting and project reporting experience.
Experience using project management software such as Monday. com (or similar).
Quantity Surveying experience would be advantageous.
RICS qualification is desirable but not essential.
