We are currently recruiting for a Business Consultant / Centre Network Development (CND) to join our clients team, based in their Ealing office. This is a commercially focused, people-facing role within the education sector, ideal for someone who enjoys combining business consultancy, relationship management, and operational coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our centre network, working closely with internal stakeholders, Associates, and Area Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate and schedule company orientation meetings and open days
- Identify prospective locations for new territories, conducting detailed area research to ensure all criteria are met
- Lead the recruitment and selection of Associates, ensuring all applicants meet suitability and compliance criteria
- Support Associates throughout the start-up process and beyond, providing ongoing guidance and operational support
- Work closely with Area Managers to support and enhance their recruitment activities
- Liaise with internal teams to identify issues or concerns within the network, implementing practical strategies to resolve and mitigate challenges
- Previous experience in a business consultancy, commercial, or advisory role is highly desirable
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess opportunities and risks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
