Alliance Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator on behalf of a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will have previous experience operating CNC machinery using Siemens control systems and working with metal components in a production environment.
The Role
As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality metal components while ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating CNC machines using Siemens controls
- Loading and unloading metal components
- Monitoring machine performance and production output
- Conducting visual and dimensional quality checks
- Reading and following engineering drawings and work instructions
- Reporting any machine or quality issues to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery
- Previous experience with Turnmill Hurco machines
- Preferable experience with DMG Mori machines
- Experience using Siemens control systems is essential
- Experience working with metal components
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment
