An established and growing specialist within the industrial door and shutter sector is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of its installation, service, and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the installation, service, and maintenance teams.
Plan and coordinate engineer schedules, workloads, and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
Monitor operational performance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage supplier performance, procurement, and material availability to support operational requirements.
Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Support, motivate, and develop operational staff through effective leadership and coaching.
Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience within the roller shutter, industrial door, or closely related industry (essential).
Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership position.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
Excellent planning, organisational, and resource management abilities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing suppliers, procurement, and materials.
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
