We are expanding our operation in Crewe and have an opportunity for an exceptionally motivated Credit Controller to join Alliance. This is a great role for the right person to join a truly dynamic business and a very focused team. About the role:
- Working closely with National Account Managers, opening new accounts
- Working together as a team to achieve set KPIs
- Dealing with a variety of National accounts queries, via email and telephone
- Building relationships with Alliance customers and liaising with them regarding payments
- Reviewing and applying customer credit limits
- Create bespoke statements/invoices and ensure customers' Invoicing/Statement needs are met
About you:
- Bright, aware and enthusiastic
- Numerate, imaginative and computer literate
- Experience within a finance office would be beneficial, but training will be provided
