Alliance Disposables Ltd is widely recognised as a leading national distributor of non-food products to the hotel, leisure and catering sectors. We are expanding our operation in Crewe and have an opportunity for an exceptionally motivated Credit Controller to join Alliance. This is a great role for the right person to join a truly dynamic business and a very focused team. Alliance is enjoying great success by providing expertise, value and service to our customers, and by being very different from our competition.
About the role
- Working closely with assigned local Alliance branches regarding customers in their areas
- Working together as a team to achieve set KPIs
- Dealing with a variety of Alliance customer/local branch queries via email, telephone and post
- Building relationships with Alliance customers and liaising with them regarding payments
- Reviewing and applying customer credit limits
About you
- Bright, aware and enthusiastic
- Numerate, imaginative and computer literate
- Experience within a finance office would be beneficial, but training will be provided
- Enjoy being part of a lively and fun environment
