The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our bookings team based out of the Taunton Diagnostic Centre. This is a part-time role of 24-36 hours per week, depending on preference.

Responsibilities

  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Skills of organising filing systems and computer files
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be booking patients while using the telephone

A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organised and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
