We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced X-Ray - Radiographer to join our team at our Taunton Diagnostic Centre. Responsibilities
- As a Radiographer at Alliance Medical you will be responsible for adhering to protocol and procedures to produce high quality images and an exceptional standard of patient and customer care.
- Our focus is on teamwork and working together to provide the best service for all in an environment that encourages learning, development and support.
Qualifications
- Perform a wide variety of X-Ray examinations and gain valuable experience to further develop your career.
- Flexible and patient‑focused attitude, able to work flexibly within the team.
- Build excellent rapport with patients and customers (both internal and external).
- 1–2 years X-Ray experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy are essential.
- Comfortable performing different types of scans on a routine basis.
- Previous cannulation experience would be an advantage.
- CT experience would be an advantage.
- IV cannulation skills are essential (training will be provided where required).
- Evidence of clinical competency.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills including time management.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Ability to be innovative, forward‑thinking, troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
- HCPC registration.
