We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Administrator to join our team. You should ideally have experience in a Healthcare environment as you will be required to meet and greet patients. This role is an 18-month fixed-term contract. Interviews will be conducted throughout the duration of this advert. An early application is advised as the advert may close prior to the advertised date.
As a successful applicant, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Skills organising filing systems and computer files
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both patient-facing and via telephone
- IT literacy

A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organised and enthusiastic attitude is essential.
