We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Radiopharmacy Quality team to cover maternity leave. If you have experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP environment, good organisational skills, a proactive 'can-do' attitude, attention to detail, and strong report writing skills, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for.
The Quality Assurance Officer will actively support the QA Manager in overseeing GMP compliance and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management Systems related to manufacturing, testing, and product release.
Essential Experience:
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Prior experience within a radiopharmaceutical setting is desirable
- Validation and auditing experience are advantageous but not essential
This is a 12-month fixed-term role to cover maternity leave.
Minimum Qualification:
- Degree or higher in a relevant scientific area (pharmacy, chemistry, biology) or equivalent experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
Previous Experience:
- Strong background in Quality Assurance, preferably with experience in sterile injectable products and/or radiopharmaceuticals
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analyses of active substances and quality testing
Skills / Attributes:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good timekeeping and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive in defining and executing tasks
- Regulatory knowledge of GMP for sterile manufacture and radiopharmaceuticals
