Working closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, clinical stakeholders and third‑party suppliers, you’ll provide structure, transparency and momentum across the project portfolio. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring high‑quality, well‑governed delivery while supporting strategic priorities in a fast‑moving, operationally critical environment. We’re looking for someone with a strong technical mindset and the confidence to operate autonomously while coordinating multiple teams and priorities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience delivering technology projects, ideally across complex or regulated environments
- A strong understanding of technical delivery concepts, including infrastructure, platforms, cloud, security and specialist technical teams
- Practical experience using project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
- Proven ability to work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to interpret and document technical requirements
- Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams and managing shared resources across concurrent workloads
- Strong capability in capacity planning, resource modelling and estimation for technology teams
- Experience working with third‑party vendors and translating external delivery plans into internal schedules
- Solid knowledge of IT governance, including RAID management, change control and documentation standards
- Confidence producing dashboards, performance reporting and data‑driven insights for senior leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Desirable
- Experience working within healthcare, diagnostics or other regulated technology environments
- Awareness of compliance, audit and data governance considerations
As a central driver of delivery, you’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of multiple technology initiatives, ensuring progress is visible, risks are managed, and stakeholders remain aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects, managing scope, timelines, quality and risk
- Developing and maintaining clear project plans, delivery roadmaps, RAID logs and governance artefacts
- Translating complex technical and vendor requirements into actionable internal workstreams and resourcing plans
- Coordinating capacity, resource allocation and prioritisation across solutions teams, clinical systems and managed service providers
- Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and third‑party partners, ensuring clear milestones, dependencies and expectations
- Facilitating cross‑functional planning sessions, stand‑ups and delivery checkpoints
- Building strong working relationships with technical, clinical and senior stakeholders, tailoring communication to technical and non‑technical audiences
- Preparing structured reporting and insights for the Senior Leadership Team, including delivery status, risks and resourcing pressures
- Overseeing dashboards and live reporting to provide real‑time visibility of delivery performance and workload demand
- Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where required to protect delivery and operational continuity
