We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated PET CT Radiographer/Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate must be registered with HCPC or hold an equivalent voluntary registration, have a background in Nuclear Medicine, prefer PET‑CT experience, and be experienced in handling and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals. High competency in cannulation is desirable. A candidate with significant experience as a Radiographer will also be considered; training in PET‑CT will be provided.
The role requires a patient‑focused attitude ensuring high standards of care and efficiency, flexibility, adaptability, strong communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate across teams. You will undertake a competency programme in PET‑CT to develop your knowledge and gain a full understanding of PET‑CT. Training will be delivered "On the Job" and in collaboration with the Christie School of Oncology via the PET‑CT training academy. You will also be required to perform IV cannulation as part of the role; training will be provided if needed.
