We have a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Graduate Radiographer to join our PET‑CT Unit. If you are a newly qualified radiographer or in your final year of study, this is your opportunity to start a PET‑CT career.
Responsibilities
- Work with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Technologists/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff.
- IV cannulate patients as part of the role; full training will be provided if you have no prior experience.
- Follow the Graduate Preceptorship scheme to gain experience in PET‑CT.
- Support your learning within the Clinical Competency Framework and Clinical Competency Pathway, with mentors and assessors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hold a BSc/MSc in Radiography or another recognised qualification.
- Carry current UKHCPC Registration or be eligible for registration (or in the registration process).
- Hepatitis B immunisation is required for this role.
Work Details
- Salary: In line with AFC Band 5.
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
- No on‑call commitment.
