The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
The UK HR team are currently undergoing a major HR systems transformation programme, and as part of this are embarking on two new projects; an enhancement to the existing Core HR system alongside a new Onboarding, Learning and Talent platform. An experienced Project Manager is required to oversee the implementation of both projects. This role is offered on a part-time basis, circa 2 days per week for 9 months.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of the assigned projects to ensure that it is successfully delivered, including ensuring the right roles and resources are in place to enable this, and that it delivers the benefits identified in the business cases.
- Plan and manage the delivery of all elements of the assigned project(s) and its implementation, including any changes to how the business operates, ensuring this is done to the agreed time, budget and quality.
- Manage any other third parties to ensure that they deliver in line with their commitments to time, cost and quality.
- Ensure effective engagement and communications with relevant stakeholders both inside AML and across external partners.
- Ensure that there is effective governance in place, aligned with the standards already in place in AML as appropriate, to provide fully effective control and oversight of the programme and budget.
- Ensure that dependencies, issues, and risks are effectively managed and understood by key stakeholders.
- Provide clear and regular reporting for key stakeholders so that they have visibility of how the programme is progressing, and risks, issues, and dependencies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in implementing HR systems.
- Ideally previous experience with Cintra HR and/or Thinqi Onboarding, Learning and Talent or similar.
- Proven track record with Project Manager core competencies.
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in project management.
- Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
- Excellent analytical, business, communication, decision-making, leadership and organisational skills.
- Extensive and diverse computer system hardware and software knowledge.
- Demonstrable knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.
- Proven working knowledge of programme/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project et al.) is a strong advantage.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and direct team members in completion of complex projects.
- Self-starter, motivated and independent requiring limited day-to-day guidance.
- Strong experience building external customer internal relationships.
- A proven track of successful delivery project.
- BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field desirable but not essential.
- MSc/MA is a bonus.
- Relevant Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
