Job Opportunity: Graduate Radiographer
We have a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Graduate Radiographer to join our team.
You will follow our Graduate Preceptorship scheme and gain experience in CT during this period.
If you are a newly qualified radiographer or in your final year of study, this is the opportunity for you. This role is dynamic, and to support your learning, Alliance Medical offers a robust Clinical Competency Framework and provides essential training to help you develop your skills and knowledge. You will follow our Graduate training scheme and Clinical Competency Pathway, supported by mentors and assessors. As you progress through the key stages of your training, you will see your skills develop and your salary increase. The training will be \’on the job.\’
Pre-employment Screening
Alliance Medical conducts a thorough pre-employment screening process, including checks on identity, right to work in the UK, professional registration and qualifications, employment history and references (for the previous 5 years), criminal record and barring checks (Standard or Enhanced DBS), and occupational health assessments. All employment offers are subject to satisfactory completion of these checks.

Team and Role Details
You will work with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers, Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff.
The role requires IV cannulation of patients. If you lack prior experience, Alliance Medical provides full training. Hep B immunisation is necessary.
The starting salary aligns with AFC Band 5.
The role involves 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, with no on-call commitment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applications are invited from Student Radiographers. To start, you must hold a BSc/MSc in Radiography or a recognized qualification, have current UK HCPC registration or be eligible/awaiting registration.
