We have a fantastic opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team. You will need to demonstrate experience working in a healthcare environment dealing with patients. You will be working with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers/Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff. The successful applicant will need experience working in clinical settings or the healthcare environment.

The candidate should have experience in a healthcare environment as they will be required to provide both administration and customer/patient support, including chaperoning patients and assisting the Radiographers during scans. They will also handle admin duties related to the patient pathway in line with standard guidelines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with IT and administration skills, are essential. Understanding and complying with radiation protection protocols and delivering excellent patient care are also crucial. Attention to detail, flexibility, organization, and enthusiasm are key qualities for this role. You must be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and turnaround times.
