Role Description
Here at our Chester office, we are seeking an Implementation Advisor to join the Treasury Services team. You will work with a multi-national client base to provide day-to-day account servicing and management, resolve inquiries, manage coordinated response and resolution of complex issues, and build solid and profitable relationships. This role is suitable for someone with experience in Treasury Management or exposure to electronic operational cash management, who can develop a career in banking and demonstrate strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Project managing the implementation of treasury solutions with new and existing clients to Bank of America, covering core product solutions and service offerings.
- Working with the client to create and agree an implementation delivery timeline, clearly communicating project status, identifying issues, resolution steps and deadlines.
- Coordinating with internal Business Partners as necessary.
- Attending conference calls where specific cash management and client knowledge will assist with solution execution.
- Providing support and guidance to Sales Officers during the sales process as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Extensive experience with client-facing roles, both orally and in writing, preferably within a similar client servicing function.
- Experience dealing with corporate clients at all levels in a positive and professional manner, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in Treasury Management products.
- Project management/process coordination experience focusing on cash management solutions for corporate organisations, including exposure to electronic payments, SWIFT messaging, BACS, CHAPS, Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Markets (MM).
