Responsibilities
- You will problem solve and manage activities that impact all of the firm’s key business lines and products.
- You will liaise with various internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Compliance and Technology.
- You will be given full ownership of projects and initiatives, seeing them through to completion.
- You will focus on EMEA Transaction Reporting obligations such as MIFID / EMIR.
- You will monitor potential market abuse and enhance market surveillance and help maintain control standards.
- You will provide scalability to cope with existing and new regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders will be essential.
- Problem‑Solving Skills – Capability to investigate and resolve reporting exceptions effectively.
- Strong risk management mindset.
- Analytical Ability to interpret complex data and identify discrepancies or trends.
- Clear communications skills, both written and verbal.
Optional Skills
- Microsoft Excel experience and familiarity with data management tools will be a plus.
- Previous experience in an operations environment would be an advantage.
- Wider knowledge of Transaction Reporting and MIFID / EMIR would be preferable.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
