About the Program
The Finance Management Analyst Program (FMAP) is a two-year rotational development program within the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Group. Rotations are developed based on business need and aligned to skillset, providing the opportunity to support different teams within the CFO Group.
Responsibilities
- The FMAP is structured as two one-year rotations across different teams within The CFO Group. The primary expectations of a Finance Management Analyst (FMAP) include but are not limited to:
- Taking a proactive approach to learning the bank’s products, strategies, opportunities for enhancements, Operational Excellence, culture and CFO Priorities.
- Forecasting financial and non-financial trends, developing models and performing financial analysis of business investments.
- Supporting internal financial planning and management accounting functions.
- Presenting financial data and analysis to business partners and key stakeholders.
- Utilising emerging technologies to simplify and improve processes across the CFO Group.
- Networking with finance executives and the FMAP alumni network to cultivate meaningful relationships across various lines of business.
- Advancing leadership skills by leading and/or participating in projects and committees.
Eligibility
- Candidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with completion between January 2025 and July 2026. Evidence of completion may be requested prior to extending an offer.
- Achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS points (or equivalent) and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).
- To be eligible to apply for this role in Chester, you must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available.
- Able to join the programme in July 2026.
