Location Overview: Our London office is located near St. Paul’s Cathedral on King Edward Street, featuring modern workspaces, a state-of-the-art auditorium, an onsite restaurant with sustainable seasonal menus, a rooftop terrace with views of London, an onsite gym, and a medical centre.
Role Description: The SAG Executive (individual contributor) manages large corporate and syndicated credit exposures within the classified and criticized portfolio, mainly to clients of our Investment Banking and Capital Markets in EMEA and APAC.
Skills That Will Help:
- Experience in corporate workout and commercial loan management (large corporate/syndicated credit)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing internal and external bank/client interactions
- Experience with syndicated & agented credit transactions involving multiple lenders
- Knowledge of cross-border insolvencies and reorganizations
- Ability to establish effective internal business partnerships, including with legal counsel
- Strong credit risk management capabilities
- Skills in executing viable debt restructuring solutions
- Effective portfolio asset quality management and forecasting
- Knowledge of credit and capital markets (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Mentoring junior team members
- Familiarity with ancillary banking products like treasury services, derivatives, commercial cards, and deposits
