Alliance Homes Group is seeking an enthusiastic Neighbourhoods Caretaker for a brand-new fixed-term role. Working 37 hours per week, you’ll be out in our local communities, meeting residents and carrying out building checks, resolving issues as they occur.
You’ll help keep communal areas clean, assist with the garden tool hire pilot, and travel across North Somerset; a full driving licence is required as a van is provided. Training and support will be given to help you succeed in this role.
