Alliance Homes Group is recruiting for the Contact Team in Portishead. This role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am–6.00pm, with two permanent full-time positions and one fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027.
You will greet customers, resolve queries, and support with admin tasks to help keep our communities running smoothly. We value calm, proactive team players with strong communication and IT skills who can work under pressure and maintain customer focus.
