Operational Project Manager Based in Portishead with agile working £53,388 per annum Permanent Full time (37 hours per week) We’re committed to providing homes in places that our customers are proud to call home – that’s why we exist. To help drive this ambition, we need to build on our knowledge and insights of our customers alongside getting a better understanding of the condition of their homes. This role will lead the design and implementation of special projects that will reshape how we deliver our services. Having a passion for customer service is key when reviewing how we work, opening the opportunity for us to create a different type of relationship with our customers. Leading a small team, you will have responsibility for learning more about our customers and our homes, collecting a range of person and property data and providing new insights into how we might need to change our future service model. You will be confident in analysing data, evaluating trends and delivering outcomes.
