We’re looking for a proactive and motivated individual ready to take the next step in their career and join us as a Repairs Supervisor. In this role, you’ll carry out pre- and post-inspections of planned and responsive repair works, ensuring they meet Alliance Homes’ standards. You’ll also liaise directly with customers where needed to ensure a positive experience.
Day to day, you’ll supervise and support our operatives, making sure they work efficiently, offering guidance, helping them overcome challenges, and empowering them to make good decisions. You’ll also collaborate closely with our planning team to ensure your team’s workload is organised effectively.
About you
You’ll bring experience in a supervisory role and have the confidence and communication skills to inspire, motivate, and lead our operatives. Building strong working relationships and driving high performance will be central to your success. You’ll also have:
- A trade background
- A valid CSCS card
- Experience delivering high-quality work on time
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
This role includes the use of a company van, so a full driving licence is essential. We will be reviewing applications when received so the role may close prior to the closing date.
