At Alliance Homes, everything we do is about improving lives and creating places people are proud to call home. Behind every successful service is a great organiser, someone who can coordinate people, manage information and solve problems. This is where our Business Coordinator comes in.
No two days are quite the same. You'll play a key role in coordinating the process of preparing empty homes ready for new customers, helping us provide safe, quality homes as quickly as possible.
You'll:
Coordinate activities across our Empty Homes service
Monitor and track work programmes, deadlines and property updates
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure work progresses smoothly
Maintain records, trackers and key operational data
Support compliance processes and ensure required certificates are in place
Communicate with customers and colleagues, providing updates and resolving queries
Raise purchase orders and support financial administration activities
Produce reports and performance information for managers
We're more interested in your organisation, customer focus and communication skills than whether you've worked in housing before. You'll likely have strong administration and coordination experience with confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working with databases. With the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks, you will have a great attention to detail and a proactive mindset. If you're an organised administrator who enjoys coordinating activities, building relationships and helping teams deliver great outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
