You will help ensure the team performs well, meets our standards, and delivers a great experience for customers.
Your goal will be to make sure our empty homes are brought back up to standard safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, in line with Alliance Homes' Empty Homes Standard, Schedule of Rates, and compliance requirements. You will work closely with our planning team to ensure operatives' time is used effectively, helping us hit key KPIs and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will also carry out pre and post inspections to check that work has been completed to the right standard.
As a leader, you will motivate and support your team, helping them tackle problems and make good decisions so that our homes are completed to a high standard.
