We are looking for a Damp, Mould and Condensation Surveyor to join our team and deliver high quality customer focussed services to our homes.
With a primary focus on damp and mould projects, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of projects, managing the day-to-day scoping of works and offering technical support. With project ownership from start to finish, you will survey customer homes and communal spaces and manage issues and queries that may arise from our customers and other stakeholders.
You will also get the opportunity to work on preparation of plans, pre-build meetings, pathology testing and working with our sub-contractors.
Working within tight timelines and within budget, the role is fast paced, challenging, rewarding and delivers job and customer satisfaction. The role requires commitment, accountability, great organisational skills and a can-do attitude.
Don’t take our word for it, hear from our current colleague:
I’ve felt welcomed in a way that has felt authentic since I joined last year. Colleagues, both in my team and across the wider business, are very quick to help if I’ve needed guidance. This is very much an ongoing experience.
My manager is always contactable and my close work colleagues are very likeable and ever present. Being in the field for a large part of my working day I feel very much connected to a team still.
In terms of Continuous Professional Development, there is a wealth of knowledge to tap in to, both in terms of our stock but also a deep technical knowledge within my team and across the business. People are very happy to offer their knowledge to help.
Overall, I’m delighted I was given the opportunity to join the Damp and Mould team.
About you:
With a HNC/HND in construction, you will already have strong surveying experience and a proven track record in delivering multiple projects alongside experience in damp and mould cases.
You can carry out building diagnostics and have a working knowledge of HHSRS risks .You will have an understanding of root cause and solution for damp and mould and be able to identify Asbestos.
A great communicator, you will be able to give great customer service to all our stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the role, a driving licence with access to your own car or another form of transport is required.
We review applications when received, so we may close the vacancy early if we find that perfect candidate. If the role interests you, then apply now.
