The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

37 hours per week, 1 contract until 31st March 2027. We are looking for individuals to join our Housing Services team as our next Customer Experience Advisors within our Neighbourhood Services Team to take a range of enquiries and give assistance to our customers. Managing both internal and external calls to customers regarding Neighbourhood enquiries including anti-social behaviour, mutual exchanges, messy gardens, and compliance. You will communicate effectively, act quickly, and professionally resolve them. You will get the opportunity to support the team by being the first point of contact to customers. The role includes supporting our reception function at Tamar Court, Worle.

About You: A natural communicator, you can communicate with a wide range of people in a clear and concise manner. With experience of working in a customer-focused/service environment, you will also have high levels of IT literacy and have a flexible approach to supporting your colleagues.
