This is an exciting time to join us. We own or manage around 7,000 homes across North Somerset, Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, and Sedgemoor and are continually evolving to make the best use of our assets and deliver great places to live.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Asset Valuation and Disposal Specialist to take ownership of our property disposals programme and drive smart, data-led decisions that shape our portfolio for the future. You will appraise asset data to identify poorly performing properties and investment opportunities and provide overall coordination of our disposals programme.
You will work collaboratively across the organisation to meet corporate goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer care are maintained. You will be responsible for maintaining an effective, accessible, organised and up to date portfolio of documents relating to disposals ensuring that comprehensive records are maintained.

About You
With the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex asset disposal projects with tight deadlines, you will have strong technical experience of appraising properties. With reporting acumen and analytical skills, you can evaluate data, market conditions and potential risks to make informed decisions. Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle or alternative transport is required.
